Hello!Let’s Go, start for a great festival week!
Traditionally, the festival week starts with a night market in the Kasteeldreef. Here you can stroll between all kinds of cozy stalls from 4 pm to 11 pm.
The festivities will also start in the park, because from 4 pm to midnight you can enjoy fairground stalls, food trucks and music with the whole family. In addition, we fly in with our groups for a short, powerful and free opening performance at 9 pm. Then you can dance to your heart’s content to the music of DJ Papa Mojito from 9:30 pm to 1:30 am.
Hello!World, we are Schoten!
After this great party night, you can come down to our summer bar in the park on Saturday for the start of the Hello!World weekend.
At 1 pm the starting signal will be given for the summer edition of Hello!Schol, organized by the municipal council of Schoten. Until 3 pm you can enjoy a free drink and ice cream in the municipal park.
But the activities don’t stop afterwards either. For example, the food trucks and fairground attractions are open from 3 pm to midnight and the summer bar with a special strong beer counter and cocktail bar remains open until 2 am. In addition, you will be able to enjoy music all afternoon that our international groups will bring especially for you. Our very first evening performance with all participating groups will start at 8 pm. Even afterwards it’s not over yet, because from 10:30 pm to 2 am the dance floor will be cleared again for a blasting party!

There are also many activities planned on Sunday. We start at 10 am with a celebration in the Sint-Cordulakerk. Afterwards you get a taste of all our groups when they pass through the center of Schoten during a festive procession.
Immediately afterwards you can admire all the groups in their full glory during the afternoon performance from 3 pm to 5.30 pm. You can also go to the municipal park with the children from 1 pm to 6 pm. Visit the fair, grab a siesta in the summer bar or enjoy the delicious snacks from our food trucks.
